Familiar bonuses
Overview
Section titled “Overview”An active familiar boosts the experience you earn in certain skills and can add to your combat stats. Bonuses from several familiars add together, and percentage bonuses round down. Some familiars also add a fixed percentage of gold to every drop; gold bonuses do not scale with familiar level.
Familiars train as you play: 10% of the base experience you earn in a skill they buff is credited to the familiar, and they level on the same curve as skills, up to their maximum level.
Bonus strength by level
Section titled “Bonus strength by level”The bonuses listed on a familiar’s page are its reference strength. A familiar applies a tenth of them at level 1, rising linearly to double them at its maximum level. For a familiar with a maximum level of 200:
