Fishing bait
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Bait is optional. It never gates fishing; it only raises the chance of catching two, three or four fish at once. Each bait tier adds 3.0% to the chance of at least two fish, 1.5% to at least three, and 0.5% to four. The top tier doubles your average catch.
While fishing, roughly one action in 50 turns up a bait. Better fishing levels find better bait: the tier is your fishing level divided by 10, between tier 1 and tier 20. Bait can also be bought, at 100 gold per tier.
